Consistent with our strategic direction, it is Kito Crosby Canada's policy to continually improve the processes required to manufacture and ship high quality, defect-free, lifting hardware, custom configured hoists and hoist accessories, material handling equipment, cargo control and traction products that are delivered on-time and at the right cost to our customers.


We achieve this through our commitment to meeting the requirements of relevant interested parties and the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management system. We will improve the quality management system’s effectiveness by setting quality objectives through continuous improvement initiatives, reviewing the quality system, reviewing our policy, and ensuring our objectives are communicated and understood by all employees.
